Corey Marionneaux is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Black Men Coalition Foundation, bringing a dynamic blend of lived experience, professional expertise, and community leadership to his work. As a Certified AODA Counselor, Certified Anger Management Counselor, and Certified Cognitive Group Intervention facilitator, Corey has dedicated his career to supporting individuals impacted by substance use, justice involvement, and systemic barriers. His background also includes project management and building maintenance, reflecting a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to both people and systems. Through BMCF, Corey leads with a vision rooted in restoration, accountability, and opportunity, working to create pathways for healing, stability, and long-term success for Black men and their communities.

Terrell Outlay serves as Secretary of the Black Men Coalition Foundation, contributing a strong commitment to community development and economic empowerment. As a realtor with Yoo Realty Group, Terrell works closely with individuals and families to navigate homeownership and wealth-building opportunities, understanding the critical role that stable housing plays in long-term success. His work aligns with BMCF's mission to create access, equity, and generational impact within underserved communities. Through his role, Terrell supports the organization's governance and strategic direction while remaining grounded in service and relationship-building.

Jeff Boudreau serves as Treasurer of the Black Men Coalition Foundation, bringing extensive financial expertise and strategic insight to the organization. He holds a Master of Business Administration and currently services as Vice President and Community Banking Market Manager at Old National Bank. With a strong background in financial management, community banking, and economic development, Jeff plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's financial stewardship and sustainability. His work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening communities through responsible financial practices and expanding access to economic opportunity.

Robert Procter is a member of the Black Men Coalition Foundation Board and a seasoned legal and business leader with extensive experience in corporate and real estate law. He earned is B.A. from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. Robert is the Chief Executive Officer and Partner at Axley Brynelson, LLP, where he provides strategic legal counsel to businesses across industries including real estate development, construction, and insurance. He also serves as Outside General Counsel to the Wisconsin Builders Association and as Government Affairs Director for the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin. Licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois, Roberts brings a wealth of legal expertise and policy insight that strengthens BMCF's strategic positioning and long-term impact.

Melvin Juette serves as a member of the Black Men Coalition Foundation Board, offering decades of experience in the criminal justice system and a deep commitment to community-based alternatives. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater and currently serves as Director of the Deferred Prosecution Program at the Dane County District Attorney's Office. With 27 years of experience, Melvin has been instrumental in advancing diversion and restorative approaches that reduce system involvement and support long-term stability. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is a three-time Paralympic Bronze Medalist, demonstrating resilience, discipline, and excellent in both his career and personal life. His leadership reflects a strong belief in second chances and the power of transformation.

Mary Breunig serves as a member of the Black Men Coalition Foundation Board, bringing a unique blend of financial expertise, business leadership, and education experience to her role. With a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and a professional background spanning banking, corporate marketing, and financial services, Mary has developed strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning. She later transitioned into education, where she spent over 15 years teaching business, finance, and law, equipping students with practical knowledge and real-world financial literacy. Mary currently serves on the Governor's Council on Financial Literacy and Capability and is a member of the Wisconsin Jump$tart Coalition, contributing to statewide efforts that promote informed financial decision-making and long-term economic stability. Through her role with BMCF, Mary provides thoughtful financial oversight and strategic insight, supporting the organization's mission.

Stephen P. Hurley serves as a member of the Black Men Coalition Foundation Board and is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in business and criminal litigation. A shareholder at Hurly Burish, S.C. in Madison, he earned his undergraduate degree from Knox College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, and is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois. Steve also served for over 30 years as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Wisconsin Law School, teaching trial advocacy and evidence. He has received numerous honors, including the Wisconsin Law Foundation's Charles I. Goldberg Distinguished Service Award, and has been recognized by Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. Through his role with BMCF, Steve brings deep legal expertise, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to community impact.

Judge Everett Mitchell serves as a member of Black Men Coalition Foundation's Board and is a respected judicial leader, pastor, and community advocate dedicated to justice, equity, and second chances. He currently serves as a Dane County Circuit Court Judge, where he brings a compassionate, solutions-focused approach to the bench, grounded in both legal expertise and a deep understanding of the communities he serves. Prior to his judicial appointment, Judge Mitchell served as an Assistant District Attorney in Dane County and has long been engaged in work addressing violence prevention, reentry, and restorative justice. In addition to his legal career, he serves as pastor, further reflecting his commitment to service, mentorship, and community healing. Through his role with BMCF, Judge Mitchell contributes strategic insight and leadership that advance the organization's mission to create pathways for transformation, accountability, and opportunity for underserved communities.

Ed Futa serves as a member of the Black Men Coalition Foundation Board and is a nationally recognized leader in philanthropy and nonprofit governance. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Council on Foundations, where he led one of the country's largest networks of philanthropic organizations and advanced initiatives that strengthened leadership, accountability, and community impact across the sector. With decades of experience advising foundations and nonprofit leaders, Ed has played a key role in shaping effective grantmaking practices and advancing equity-focused strategies. He is widely respected for his expertise in board development, organizational leadership, and strategic planning. Through his role with BMCF, Ed brings deep insight, national perspective, and a strong commitment to building sustainable, community-driven impact.
