BMC is committed to improving the lives of individuals in our community. Through our comprehensive programs, we strive to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary tools and support to achieve self-sufficiency and a better quality of life. Our organization offers a range of vital programs and services including supported employment, housing assistance, financial literacy education, entrepreneurial support, mentorship, transportation, and free youth baseball programs. With a strong focus on individualized care and community collaboration, we aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

Employment

Our employment services provide a wide range of services to both the employer and the employees. Our employment programs provide those most vulnerable with the soft skills to grow professionally and put them on a career path that facilitates success.

Transportation

Our transportation program aims to facilitate access to employment by removing the financial burden associated with commuting. By providing free transportation, we enable individuals to secure and maintain employment without being hindered by transportation-related challenges.
